Branches and representative offices of foreign legal entities

Earlier in Seldon.Basis you could check Russian companies and sole proprietors. We have added accredited branches and representative offices of foreign legal entities - separate subdivisions of foreign companies located in Russia.

You can find branches and representative offices when searching Russian companies and sole proprietors using the new filter: "Branches/Representative Offices":

At the moment, there are two sections in the profiles of branches and representative offices: Summary and State Registration. However, in the next updates, other data will be added: checks, pledges, certificates and declarations, bidding, arbitration, leasing, tourist facilities and SRO membership.

In the Branch profile header, you can see the basic registration information. The ability to add them to lists, create notes and view contacts is similar to the profiles of companies and sole proprietors. You can add branches and representative offices to the same list with companies and entrepreneurs. You can also create notes. The ability to download profile data will be implemented in the coming updates.

In the "State Registration" section, you can see the basic registration information both about the branch/representative office and about the foreign company:

Also in the State Registration there is information about the main and additional types of activities of the branch or representative office.

Analytical Conclusions

We added two new conclusions on the summary page in the "Additional" section: on inclusion in the State Pawnshop Register and on inclusion in the Investment Advisers Register:
