Regular Report

Summary report for the manager to quickly analyze the legality of the activities and business activities of the inspected company. Contains brief statistical information on legal entities, sole proprietors, accredited branches and representative offices in PDF and MS Word formats.

Express Check

Designed to scrutinize for the presence or absence of critical signs of activity. This report is as comprehensive as possible and meets all due diligence requirements. More than 40 risk factors have been collected. Risks are grouped into 5 blocks by risk type:

• Signs of a fly-by-night company
• Solvency and resources of the counterparty
• Risks of default on obligations
• Company's business reputation
• Activity during the year

You can analyze the block that you consider important when making a deal. Or use statistics on the total number of positive and negative sides.

Detailed Report

This is a constructor report. You choose which data you want to download for a particular counterparty. The report has two large blocks - current and out-of-date information. You can download only balance sheets or arbitration, SRO membership or complaints to FAS, as well as enforcement proceedings, leasing, certificates, etc.
