You can now use Seldon.Basis to order a report from Rosreestr concerning a certain real estate object consisting of "Main characteristics" and "Transfer of rights".

An extract from the EGRN (Unified State Register of Real Estate) on the main characteristics and registered rights to the real estate object contains detailed information about the real estate object, including:

• Characteristics of the object, including the cadastral number, address, area, purpose, name, number of storeys, date of putting the object into operation
• Cadastral value of the object
• Name of the copyright holder
• Information on encumbrances
• Premises floor plans or a schematic representation of the object's location on a land plot

How to find a real estate object

To find the object you want to check, in the side menu go to "Other checks" → "Real estate check".

Go to search by cadastral number or address. Next, enter the search query.

How to get a statement

In the search results click "Order" opposite the required property object. You can get up to 20 statements per month.

The reports will be displayed in a new section "My Reports".

The reports you ordered will be stored here.

In the "Real estate reports" tab you will see the reports you ordered and their current status. The average time for generating a report is from 15 minutes to 3 hours (but not more than 72 hours). You can download it in PDF format once it is ready. Also you can configure the reports to be sent to your e-mail.
